By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Hawthorne Residential Partners, LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, owners, operators and employees, licensors and agents from and against any and all claims, actions, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from, related to or in connection with (a) your access and use of the website, including the materials contained within; (b) your violation of these Terms and Conditions and (c) your violation of any third party right, including without limitation and Third Party Content or any other third party copyright, property, or privacy right in connection with your use of the website.

Pet Policy

o A maximum of 2 pets per unit shall be accepted.

o No snakes.

o A non-refundable pet fee, monthly pet rent and/or pet deposit is required (based on individual community requirements).

o Before move-in is completed, the Community Manager or Assistant shall "meet" the pet to confirm size and temperament. If, at any time, the pet is found to be aggressive we reserve the right to deny the pet, even if it is not an aggressive breed.
